Dear Mrs. Hicks,
Thank you for your helpful reply to my question concerning the sharing of primary parenting here in Romania between the parents and grandparents.
In a discussion we had here, one of the parents expressed her opinion that a child should be exposed to all realities of life. (This is a new philosophy here in Europe) She feels that adults should express anger between themselves in front of a child and should also feel free to express anger to their children as well as this is allowing their children to experience the realities of life. This discussion happened during a seminar we were conducting on the importance of being positive with children and emphasizing the good as much as possible with the philosophy of what we emphasize grows. Here comments raised quite a reaction. It seems getting angry at our children-when and how is a hot topic.
What would be your opinion of this lady's idea? Do you have any thing to say concerning getting angry at children. Is there an appropriate time for it.
                                 Thank you for your imput.
                                                           Sincerely,
                                                                     Martha
